Pilates is a mind/body workout, which focuses on core stability and posture, aiming to lengthen and strengthen muscles.
The exercises are performed in a very slow and controlled manner incorporating postural awareness and relaxation.
Pilates is a safe yet challenging workout, focusing on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine.
Pilates gets your mind in tune with your body.
